    I received my surname bars. Unfortunately, the plastic holders are so scratched that viewing is difficult to awful. Also, one of the bars has the name stamped over the Family Honor logo. Quality control should have caught both of these issues. I expected much better for the money.

After investigation, you were part of a small batch of errors that had inscribing and encapsulation issues that unfortunately slipped through our QC process. You are 100% correct this should have been caught and corrected. To make it right we are expediting the process of re-minting, encapsulating, and re-shipping your Kinard Silver Bars to you at no charge. We will include a prepaid shipping label to send back your current Silver bars. A representative from Lincoln Treasury will contact you with the tracking information once your order ships and to follow up. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
