In June 2010, Mary Ellen Withrow, retired 40th Treasurer of the United States was retained by the Lincoln Treasury as an advisor and spokesperson.
Withrow is the only person in U.S. history to have served as a Local, State and Federal Treasurer. She served as Treasurer of Marion County, Treasurer of the State of Ohio and Treasurer of the United States of America.
